It is of great help with bruises, strains, arthritis, excessive muscle exertion, when a reduction in swelling and pain is desired. Arnica helps reabsorb the hematoma and control inflammation, reducing recovery time; the synergy of Menthol and Eucalyptus has refreshing, decongestant and analgesic effects; plant-origin glycerol softens and moisturizes sore tissues.
